Dave Helsel joined the Collins Electrical Company, Inc. team in 1997.  Prior to joining CECI, Dave held the position of Project Superintendent with Steiny and Company, Inc.

Dave spent time as a Foreman with Steiny and Company, Inc., Wild Electric and Olivia Electric.  Dave was also an IBEW Local #595 Grounds Man. 

Dave is a graduate of California State University Fresno with a Major in Animal Science and Ag Business.  Additionally, Dave holds several certifications including, LEED, OSHA 30, NFPA 70e and Effective Project Supervision 1 & 2. 

Dave is an active member of the East Central Chapter of NECA and is a Management Trustee of the IBEW #100 JATC.
