A memorable ground breaking on February 11, 2008 paved the way for this new Lease/Lease Back Project. This project consists of two (2) Phases for the construction of a new High School for the Chawanakee Unified School District called “Minarets High School. The Minarets High School Campus consists of six (6) single story buildings totaling to an approximate 56,200 square feet. It will contain Football, Soccer, Baseball, and Softball fields, site improvements, and the development of six (6) wells in conjunction with a new Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Holding Pond. There will also be full access roads to all components of this new high school development located on a 324 acre site. The actual school campus will comprise approximately 82 acres of the total 324 acres.
