The final addition to the Simpson Strong-Tie manufacturing facility was a 300,000 square foot addition to the original building which Collins Electrical also completed. In this new addition we brought state of the art lighting control, daylight harvesting and advanced energy management systems to intelligently control 700 high efficiency T-5 high bay fixtures. This project also entailed a heavy duty mechanical equipment repair facility.
