Since 1924, Collins Electric has been committed to giving back to the communities we serve. Due to the high volume of requests we receive each year, all charitable donation and sponsorship requests must follow the process outlined below.
To be considered, please submit both of the following at least 90 days before your event:
A completed charitable donation request form
A written request on your nonprofit organization’s official letterhead
Please include your Nonprofit Tax ID Number. Requests submitted without a Tax ID Number cannot be considered.

Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to confirm submission status by phone. Applicants will be notified of a decision via email within 35–40 business days. While we are honored to receive many requests, we are unable to support all organizations.
