Dave Helsel joined the Collins Electrical Company, Inc. team in 1997 as a General Foreman Electrician. Currently, as Branch Manager, Dave manages the day-to-day operations for the Fresno Branch, which he opened after serving as the Modesto Branch Superintendent/Project Manager for the Fresno area for 4 years.

Prior to joining CECI, Dave held the position of Project Superintendent with Steiny and Company, Inc.  Dave spent time as a Foreman with Steiny and Company, Inc., Wild Electric, and Olivia Electric, and was also an IBEW Local #595 Grounds Man.

Dave is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Major in Animal Science and Ag Business. Additionally, Dave holds several certifications including LEED, OSHA 30, NFPA 70e and Effective Project Supervision 1 & 2.

Dave is an active member of the East Central Chapter of NECA and is a Management Trustee of the IBEW #100 JATC.
